The Golden Lion Tamarin lives along the eastern coast of Brazil in the rain forests among the trees. They eat fruits, insects, and lizards. The Tamarin lives in family groups that are started by a mated pair.
This fellow got loose from the Washington National Zoo and had fun running up trees and along the paths while the zoo keepers watched and waited until it decided to go back into its cage.
