Caption

This extremely lethal snake delivers a yeild of 100-120 mg of neurotoxic venom. A dose of 10-15 mg is deadly to humans. It lives on the wooded savannah, in open brush, shrubs, and trees in eastern and southern Africa. The Black Mamba is the largest venomous snake in Africa measuring 12 or more feet. It eats small mammals and birds.
