Company G, 5th Florida Infantry, Lang’s Brigade - Gunshot wound to the right arm on July 2. Had arm amputated "at the shoulder joint," at a Union Field Hospital. Sent to Fort Delaware Prison and paroled / exchanged September 14, 1864. Hospitalized in Richmond and sent home September 30, 1964. Height 6’ 2", black hair, hazel eyes, dark skin.
