Spruce Hill is a fortified hilltop along Paint Creek, 9 miles south west of Chilicothe, Ohio. It is Plate 4 in Squier's book Ancient Monuments of the Mississippi Valley.

This site has mostly been destroyed, but there appears to be some vague outlines of the original walls in the Lidar image which have been highlighted in blue.
