Wild Foods

A number of years ago we attended a wild food weekend at North Bend State Park. We had a young family at the time and it turned out to be so fun that we attended the next two years. During this time we met Sam Thayer whos knowledge and experience with wild edible plants was incredible. I highly recommend his books that you can order from his web site Forager's Harvest.
