Caption

This photo taken in September of 1987, shows dozens of faint tracks heading for the sand dune. We placed a 4 foot long , 6 inch corrugated pipe in the trail before the pumping project started to show where the trail is. This is the same area where Dr. Webb had his picture taken on his mirage party in 1962.
